Velvet Sun Builders offers a wide range of construction services during the construction of your project. We offer pre-construction and post-construction services as well. We understand the emotional connection our customers have when building either primary homes or vacation/second homes, and try to make the experience not only pain-free, but enjoyable. We have personally experienced the wonderful memories these homes will help create. And as added value, we also recognize and are highly experienced in the economical side of developing and building a project. Velvet Sun Builders has been involved with many investment developments along the emerald coast, and has vast knowledge of developing a project from it's conception into a successful asset with immediate equity and a healthy stream of rental income. We are a relationship based company and are not only well connected with our local partners in the building industry, but also to many of the architects, engineers, interior designers, realtors, rental management companies, banks, title companies, and others that make each project we build successful.
